Protein –  In every 2-scoop serving, you’re getting 30 grams of fast digesting whey proteins: whey isolate and whey concentrate. How fast does whey absorb? Typically, it will take only a couple of hours. Glucose Recovery Matrix – This powerful Matrix consists of a synergistic combination of Dextrose (14 grams) for fast absorption of much-needed post-workout simple carbs, Palatinose ™ Isomaltulose (6 grams), a low glycemic, slow release carb that avoids insulin spikes, and Cluster Dextrin® (5 grams), a slow digesting carb that helps drive protein into the muscles and helps replenish depleted glycogen stores.
