Shipping & Returns

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States could be subject to import taxes and customs duties charged by the destination country. We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

If you've placed an order with us, rest assured, we have the information in our back office systems. You can access your past website orders under 'Order History' section of your main 'Account' screen. If you do not see an order listed, please contact customer service or ping us using the live chat.

We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. Our live chat is available from 9:00am to 5:00pm to handle your inquiries. We are closed on major holidays and over the weekend.

We have a new system which can show retailers near you, if you allow your browser to provide access to your IP address. You can also manually enter any address in the world to start your own search.
