Training

For my training, I train twice a day, Monday to Friday and once on Saturday. My sessions are usually MMA based such as Kickboxing, Sparring, Grappling or Jui Jitsu rounds. Twice a week, I do strength and conditioning work with a personal trainer. Even though I could focus more on this aspect of my training, I do try to stretch after each session for recovery purposes. I don't stick to a specific diet; I try eat foods high in protein, except before workouts where I tend to consume big meals loaded with carbs. I also try to sleep as much as I can.

 

An average day of eating for me would be as follows:
Morning
Eggs, bacon, beans and toast.

Lunch:
Porridge with fruits and honey.

Dinner:
Protein and vegetables with a little amount of carbs.

Snacks:
Nuts and rice cakes.
