I am a Passionate Fitness Coach and a mom of 2 kids (boys ages 4 and 8). When I had my first child, I experienced postpartum depression. With more than 40 pounds to lose, that became my motivation to believe in me, love me more and start this fitness journey.
I want to motivate other people, and teach them to believe in themselves and how critical taking care of their health really is. Mind, Body & Soul! Exercise and healthy eating habits are the only things you need to see real changes. Always do it for yourself over anything else.
