A few years ago, I had no intentions in being a bodybuilder. I always wanted to be a professional footballer, and at the time, I was playing football at a very high level. I spent 4 years playing for Newcastle United & Sunderland Academy. I quit football due to a knee injury that kept pulling me away from the sport. This was the beginning of my bodybuilding career.

I quickly fell in love with training & I was beginning to see results fast. After approximately 8 months of training, I decided to compete in bodybuilding. In 2016, I won my first overall at 17 years old & become British & World Champion in the Junior’s class. In 2017, I kept my winning streak going & became Junior Mr. England, JP grand Prix Champion, and got 3rd place at the 2017 Mr. Universe.

What I love about bodybuilding is that it’s only YOU who can make yourself change. You can have all the support around you, but they can’t do the hard work for you. This motivates you to keep pushing forward & strive off of a lot of self motivation to become the best you can be.

I love that I motivate many other bodybuilders around the globe due to my mindset and training approach.
