The PRE-WORKOUT dilemma is OVER!

After some serious research and development, we can confidently deliver a supplement with the right balance of ingredients and effectiveness to conquer your peak performance training requirements. Pre-workouts tend to either be stimulant-happy or lack stimulants completely. Many of these so-called “all-inclusive” pre-workouts are severely under-dosed, leaving you to double or even triple-scoop the product to reach an effective dose. That’s not how a performance-focused athlete should operate to maximize their training sessions. That’s unreliable and very expensive!

Ignite Nutrition understands this issue faced by athletes and has formulated the perfectly balanced solution in our latest supplement release, Dominate-Up Ultimate Performance. The last pre-workout you’ll need for your supplement stack.

Complete and Balanced

Effective Power

No Crash or Jitters

Long-Lasting Focus

DOMINATE-UP WILL CHANGE THE WAY YOU LOOK AT PRE-WORKOUTS

When we decided it was time to show the rest of the pre-workouts on the market how it’s done, we decided to formulate a complete and balanced pre-workout. One that would blow away the competition. You want a pre-workout that can power you through the toughest training sessions without the crash and jitters. You also want a product that is dosed effectively, giving you what you need to get the job done in one serving. Just wait until you try Dominate-Up! This isn’t just another pre-workout. We are going to redefine what you should expect from a pre-workout!

Dominate-Up features a complete profile using branded ingredients that are effectively dosed. You should expect nothing less from Martyn Ford’s Ignite Nutrition.

Pump BLEND

Pump BLEND

For many bodybuilders and athletes, it’s all about the muscle pump. And for good reason. Who doesn’t want to take a look in the mirror and see a raging monster looking back? After all, a huge, full looking physique is a major factor. This pump isn’t just for the aesthetics, it also promotes functional benefits including increased blood flow which helps to deliver additional nutrients and oxygen to your tired muscles. Dominate-Up further separates itself from other pre-workouts by including ingredients for both nitric oxide production and increased cell volume. This translates into hydrated muscles with increased ability to perform.

L-Citrulline – 3,500mg

Citrulline has long been considered one of the best pump ingredients on the market. Back when nitric oxide boosters were new to the market, the primary ingredient used was L-Arginine. This ingredient was the “gold standard” for years. Of course, as research took over, several new ingredients hit the market with Citrulline dominating the pumps products. We use pure Citrulline in Dominate-Up instead of the diluted Citrulline-Malic Acid combination which effectively gives you less of the ingredient that promotes the pump. That pretty much defeats the purpose!

How does Citrulline create intense pumps?

Citrulline is one of three amino acids that’s involved in the Urea Cycle which is involved in waste removal from the body as well as nitric oxide production. Citrulline converts into Arginine in the kidneys and outperforms Arginine because it’s more bioavailable. To put it in simple terms, more bioavailability means more nitric oxide which means increased blood flow. Your muscles not only get pumped, but they also get nutrient and oxygen delivery along with the removal of waste products for improved performance.(1)

GlycerPump™ Glycerol Powder (Std. 65% Glycerol) – 2,000mg

We’ve all heard the term “cell volume”, which means pulling water into the muscles thereby increasing muscle cell volume for huge pumps. One of the best ways to do this is with Glycerol. Dominate-Up uses 2 grams of the revolutionary GlycerPump™, a superior form of Glycerol that finally solves the stability problem associated with those other forms of Glycerol. This is hands-down the most stable form of Glycerol you can use. GlycerPump™ works better because it absorbs better. Not to mention, it will not clump and it will mix up much easier than every other form of Glycerol.(2)

Performance BLEND

Performance BLEND

A great pre-workout needs to offer more than merely energy or huge pumps. A great pre-workout must provide effective performance. Ignite Nutrition understands this and made sure Dominate-Up gives you everything you need to dominate your training session.

Beta-Alanine – 1,800 mg

This has been one of the more effective supplements in recent years due to its ability to buffer lactic acid. Beta-Alanine works indirectly by increasing levels of carnosine in the muscles thereby reducing fatigue. This increases your workout capacity, giving you the ability to train longer and harder. It works like this: lactic acid builds up in your muscles because of hydrogen ions that build up as you train - you know this as that “burn” you feel in your muscles near the end of your set and you know how quickly it can bring your set to an abrupt end. By increasing levels of carnosine, Beta-Alanine buffers lactic acid, allowing you to continue your reps and sets. Carnosine occurs naturally in both type 1 and type 2 muscle fibers, but the highest concentrations are in type 2 fibers, the fibers we use in high-intensity strength workouts.

Clinical studies indicate that by buffering acid buildup in the working muscles Beta-Alanine delays fatigue onset, increases muscular endurance, improves both strength and power output, and increases endurance.(4)

L-Taurine – 1,000 mg

Even though it’s almost always referred to as an amino acid, Taurine is technically an organic acid. An amino acid contains a carboxyl group and an amino group, Taurine contains a sulfonic group and an amino group. You usually find Taurine in energy drinks and pre-workouts because Taurine works well with caffeine to promote energy and focus.

You’ll also find Taurine in pump-based pre-workouts because it’s similar to Creatine thanks to its ability to pull water into the muscle cells thereby increasing muscle cell volume or water based pumps. Taurine also helps increase nutrient delivery to the working muscles and helps relieve muscle soreness. As you can see, this is a key ingredient with serious benefits for the athlete.(5)

Creatine

Creatine Anhydrous – 1000 mg

Creatine Citrate – 500 mg

Creatine MagnaPower® – 500 mg

As tested and proven effective as Creatine is, you won’t find it in very many pre-workouts. If anything many companies brag about this fact and advertise it as well. Guess what – they’re wrong! It’s a critical ingredient with a lot to offer, including enhanced endurance, improved strength, muscle growth stimulation, and muscle cell hydration. It’s the original cell volumizer and it’s about time this proven ingredient is featured in a state of the art pre-workout. We use three different forms for maximum absorption because if you want your body to use it you have to be able to absorb it. Dominate-Up is all about dominating your training sessions as well as dominating the market, so of course, we’ve included the most tested and proven-effective supplement on the market, updated to feature maximum absorption. That’s dominate performance, defined!(6,7,8)

L-Tyrosine – 500 mg

This non-essential amino acid plays a primary role in the manufacture of the neurotransmitters dopamine and norepinephrine. Increased levels of these neurotransmitters dramatically improve mood and focus while relieving feelings of anxiety as well as stress. Dominate-Up utilizes both L-Tyrosine alongside our Caffeine Blend to improve focus and alertness.(9)

Ribose – 200 mg

A unique ingredient that you’ll seldom see in a pre-workout, Ribose is a sugar-like substance used by the body for the production of ATP molecules. Ribose supports the ATP energy system and contributes directly to energy production as an energy substrate.

Here’s how it works: when you exercise, ATP is used for energy and must be replaced. Ribose is the only substance used by the body as a starting point to replace ATP so you can keep your training session going. However, the problem is that Ribose production is a slow process and typically cannot match the high, short-term loss of ATP during intense training sessions. Consuming supplemental Ribose can bypass the body's slow production and lead to faster ATP replenishment which means improved training endurance and performance.(10)

Focus BLEND

Focus BLEND

The fabled mind-muscle connection doesn’t just apply to bodybuilding, it applies to all sports. The connection you have with your working muscles during a training session is the difference between a great workout and merely going through the motions.

Choline Bitartrate – 500 mg

Choline is used in the process of phospholipid synthesis which supports a cell’s signaling functions as well as its structural integrity. Choline also acts as a precursor for the synthesis of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that’s crucial to mood, memory, and the mind-muscle connection. Choline is an effective cognitive enhancer that promotes cognitive function, including a dramatically improved mind-muscle connection.(11,12)

Alpha GPC (50%) – 100 mg

Also known as Alpha Glycerylphosphorylcholine, Alpha GPC is 40% Choline by weight and occurs naturally in the brain. The Choline part of Alpha GPC is used in the production of acetylcholine while the glycerol/phosphate part supports the production of phospholipids, which are used to form cell membranes.

Alpha GPC is considered a superior form of Choline because of its superior absorption. It provides the same benefits as other forms and works synergistically with Choline Bitartrate to create a powerful mind-muscle link.(13)

Toothed Clubmoss (std. to 1% Huperzine A – .05 mg)

Huperzine A is a focus enhancer that works indirectly to increase acetylcholine levels by blocking an enzyme known as acetylcholinesterase which regulates the breakdown the acetylcholine. By blocking this enzyme, more acetylcholine is available which yields better focus. It also acts as a neuroprotector by guarding the brain against destructive molecules such as glutamate.(14)

STIM BLEND

STIM BLEND

490 mg (Total Caffeine 330mg) - Caffeine Anhydrous, Theobromine, Hordenine HCL, N-Methyltyramine HCL, Dicaffeine Malate (Infinergy™), Caffeine Citrate.

Caffeine

Of course, Caffeine is the most popular stimulant on the planet. If you want energy, focus, and alertness, you want Caffeine. Our Stim Blend will help you avoid the jitters and post-session crash that are common with so many other pre-workouts. Our advanced Stim Blend provides 330 mg total Caffeine from Caffeine Anhydrous, Dicaffeine Malate (Infinergy™), and Caffeine Citrate, three superior forms of Caffeine with excellent bioavailability as well as longer lasting effects.

Theobromine

We’ve include Theobromine to help smooth out the Caffeine as well as extend its effects. Theobromine is found in the cocoa plant and promotes a “feel-good” sensation as well as a stimulant effect but it’s milder than the stimulant effect caused by Caffeine.(15)

Hordenine

Hordenine is a beta-2 adrenergic agonist, this means it stimulates the “flight or fight” response by increasing the body’s production of adrenaline and noradrenaline. Additionally, Hordenine acts as a noradrenaline reuptake modulator which extends the effects of noradrenaline in the body. This means longer lasting energy, focus, and alertness.(16)

N-Methyltyramine

Similar to Hordenine, N-Methyltyramine (or, NMT) acts as a mild beta-2 agonist. Research indicates that NMT is 1/140th as potent as adrenaline, which will help to increase the initial burst of energy you’ll feel from Dominate-Up’s potent Stim Blend. (17)
